Please read “Participation Terms” prior to commencing the registration process.
Once you have submitted your application to register, an email acknowledging your registration will be sent out. This acknowledgement does NOT confirm your participation. Please note that you will then need to receive an “acceptance receipt”. This notice will be sent to you within seven (7) business days.
